I’ve told you about the mirror universe blog, haven’t I? It is primarily a blog consisting of my “artistic” endeavours. I place art in quotes, because I DO NOT pretend to be anything but an amateur.

I like to take photographs and I have this device that just when I’m plugged into it and the Muse, I feel like an artist.

So with that said, that’s what’s gonna go there. Photos, sketches, doodles, drawings, stuff like that.

Here, I will still explore those things that make me go, hummmmm. WTFrak???

I think I’m also gonna just go with the flow…..who knows where it will take me, you, us.

There is life in here…..I wonder what.

QUERY how does one “ensure” original content if you maintain multiple blogs? That’s what I am finding difficult, making sure that I’ve original content in all areas. I mean, do you really want to read the same stuff on separate sites?

Greetings, well met, hey how are ya?

It’s been a while since I’ve uttered those words. That was my opening on most of my YouTube vlogs. But, I’ve not been to the tube to vlog for (as the kids say) a minute.

Let’s see, what’s been happening? Still looking for gainful employment, but in the meantime, I’ve placed an advert for my new business venture.

Just placed a new advert. The first, well the services those people wanted were services that I just don’t do, at least not for such inexpensive prices . LOL

Oh, here’s piece I worked on in an afternoon.

I just want to put this one to bed. I’ve been working on it for too long.

That was the start of my response to a FB post I read earlier today. I started with that thought, but have had a chance to cogitate and this is what I’ve come up with.

Shucking this to the cob, I participate in Earth Hour (as you may recall or not), not with the thought that by sitting in the dark for an hour that I’ve made any true change, (but change no matter how slight is still a change) but with the thought that, there are thousands if not millions of other people, all over the globe, sitting in the dark… in solidarity.

We sit, wishing that more people “got it.”
We sit, wondering when will people see that the whole “TAKER” mentality is KILLING US (planet, flora and fauna).
We sit, knowing that an hour is just a tic of the universal clock. But we have to do something.

It is my opinion, my belief, that those who, as I have said before (on other social media outlets) feel the change of season in their blood, those who are “true” stewards of the planet are doing everything to make Earth Hour a 24/7/365 way of life, not just arbitrary day some advertising guy came up with.

I agree, we need to

“change our outlook, attitudes and behaviours in a serious and real way…”

but we need this “feel good stuff.” We need to feel as if we are part of the solution. I’m losing steam……

Today I was once again….

…reminded that the Universe; she does in fact take care of her own. Perhaps in her own time, but she does nonetheless.

What happened? Something that thought I would have to “fight” for was given freely and openly.

Well, the advert (for my new venture) has been placed. No serious inquiries as of yet…fingers crossed.

That’s what I’ve been doing of late.

I’ve also been banging a few discussions around….and this really odd theory of sexuality that popped into my head whilst I was doing the morning washing up.

Ok, as I write this, I’m listening to Skye (Edwards) I love her voice. (She also fronts for my favourite all time trip-hop band, Morcheeba.) Just in case you were wondering..

The other day, actually a few weeks ago. A friend said that she was under the impression that I was a submissive.

Me? Submissive? Have you met me?

Well you always tell me to tell you what to do

That’s not being submissive. That’s to prevent the beating about the bush to ask for a favour.

But that got me to thinking….is there, can there be such a thing as a dominant submissive? Humm, let’s see what Google via Wikipedia has to say….. Alrighty then, I go to Dominance and Submission and the first thing I saw…well, you clicked the link. Let me put it to you this way….moving on rather rapidly.

I am really digging this show! BeingHuman(US) has really grown on me. I will admit however, that the original, UK version is my favourite. Not because it’s “better,” just because.

Well, I think I’m done….my theory of sexuality……I’m still working on it, so until I’ve made more sense out of it….. afterthought, it’s not really intense, and honestly has nothing to do with sex per se

Just from where do our thoughts come? :-)

Ok, please check out Internal Luminosity for more background. But to fast forward, there were a series of questions at the end of the blog and the last on made me wonder, so, I am using that as a jump off for my return.

Here are my answers ……

How does your brain work?
I went through several answers until I came up with BASIC programming.
What is the desired outcome?
Do I possess the correct tools to achieve desired outcome?
If “Y” the goto line 9
And then at line 9 one set of instructions
If “N” then goto line 20
And at line 20, a completely different set of algorithms ( is that clear? )

When is your thinking most productive?
Oddly, any time of the day. I can be hiking a trail, talking with friends, peeling potatoes, gardening, listening to music, reading http://internal-luminosity.blogspot.com and BOOYAKITTY (that is my version of an Oprah “Aaa-ha” moment).

What do you do when your thinking is challenged or stops working?
I tend to do a few things. I will either walk away from it for a while; or research the issue. Perhaps I’m missing something that would make the picture clearer.
Ask myself, if I am having this much difficulty with…., should I give it more thought?
When all else fails, I sleep on it.

How do you navigate challenges in your thinking?
Frustration
Then I re-evaluate and the BASIC kicks in.

From where do your thoughts originate?
Perhaps this will answer this question.
My thoughts start in space. As they enter the grav field and are slowly pulled to Earth, the fluff and whimsy are burned off. And when it finally finds itself in my head, BASIC kicks in.

You know what? As I look back at that answer….I’m not thinking that’s not right. Where do my thoughts originate? I now query myself, because there have been times when a thought has entered my mind, something that I would never think about as SOP. And I will often stop shake my head and ask, “Where in the hell did that thought come from?” (yeah, crappy grammar and all)

I have to….think about this..BOOYAKITTY, what if our thoughts are just a cumulative….no not the word…an agglomeration of what we’ve read, heard, been told, lived and live..the sum of our life experiences and those a round us?

Now I am here, wondering …and this just came to mind…as situations/opportunities arise, based on life experiences …..naaah

So, what do you think? From where do our thoughts originate? I’m perplexed – or am I?

On FB this morning a question was asked… Which alien race in the Star Trek universe would you like to be?
It took me all but a minute to come up with a Vulcan-Bajoran. I mean, Vulcans can’t just have the hots for humans. Think about it!!!!

Oh, you know the other day I just wanted…NEEDED a milkshake. I decided to go to Wendy’s (I can’t get sued for this can I?) and received the BEST chocolate shake I have had in a looooong time! It was the best thing i have had in my mouth in DECADES It was also the most expensive chocolate milkshake I’ve ever had. As good as it was, and I do mean it was good. It was I want a cigarette after having it good! I will have to save that for treat/cheat day. I could become addicted.

He proceeds to read the advert, I doze off, I hear a “are you there?” and I answer (I really did doze off or became distracted by something bright and shiny.)
That’s your problem…the advert is too long. This isn’t match.com or eharmony. Your goal is to get laid, yes? Well say what you want and this longs walks and favourite book “The Bible.” is shyte!
